Sales and Business Development Manager
Dirk is responsible for Sales and Business Development for IVP Plastics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Dirk brings over 15 years of experience in leading sales organizations in injection molding and sheet metal fabrication.
Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager
Sabrina is responsible for leading and supporting quality improvement initiatives by ensuring customer requirements have been accurately identified and that IVP is meeting or exceeding customer expectations. She has over 15 years of engineering and quality experience. Sabrina holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Polymer Engineering from The University of Akron.
John is responsible for all accounting and information technology functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bradley University.
Rebecca has over 12 years of customer service experience and has previously served as a TWA international flight attendant and Homeland Security customer service instructor. Rebecca has provided “Super Service” to our St. Louis facility customers for over 8 years.
Connie works with our customers to ensure accurate order entry and answer questions. With 30 years of customer service experience, she’s committed to making sure our performance exceeds your expectations.
Joe supports and prepares quotations for product, process and tool development. He has more than 30 years of experience in metal and plastic manufacturing and design engineering and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Western Illinois University.
Kim is often the first voice or face you’ll experience at IVP Plastics. She brings 25 years of office management and customer service experience to the job, assisting with orders, answering questions and ensuring satisfied customers.
Randy manages the tooling operations at our Washington facility. This includes all tool quotes, mold design reviews and tracks tool build progress at our tooling suppliers and manages our in plant tool room operations. He strives for the highest quality tool at the most economic price for both our customers and IVP. His experience spans has over 40 years in the tool and die trade.
Matt provides strategic direction for our St. Louis sales and marketing team, with a focus on sales management and customer development. He has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of plastics processing.
President & CEO
Daryl develops strategic plans to advance our mission and objectives—overseeing overall efficiency, quality, customer service, cost management and employee engagement. Prior to joining IVP Plastics, he served as CFO for Morton Industrial Group and Coulter Companies. A CPA, Daryl holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois.
Troy designs components and systems for injection molding, automation and assembly. He holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology from Illinois State University.
General Manager, St. Louis
Bob is the General Manager of the St. Louis facility. He has more than 20 years of experience in operations management, product development, quality and regulatory compliance. His experience in the industrial and medical industries includes manufacturing of metals & plastics.
Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Tom helps develop strategy and monitors progress in customer service, human resources, information services, purchasing and production planning. He has over 20 years of engineering, quality and manufacturing experience. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Illinois State University and has his master’s degree in business administration from Bradley University.
Communications & Brand Manager
Norah is responsible for marketing, publishing IVP’s bimonthly newsletter and designing sales collateral. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations with a business minor in marketing from the University of Tampa.
Human Resources Manager
Lydia is responsible for all Human Resources activities, including safety, hiring, training, and benefits administration. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Millikin University and Illinois State University and brings five years of Human Resources experience to IVP Plastics.
